Science-based mental fitness for leaders ready to get out of their own way.

mental fitness for your leadership—and your life

What about your mental well-being?

We set goals for our physical fitness. We invest in professional development. But most of us have never been taught how to strengthen the one thing that drives everything else: our minds.

Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a science-based mental fitness program developed by Shirzad Chamine and informed by research involving over 500,000 participants. It helps you identify the internal saboteurs—the automatic thought patterns rooted in fear, self-doubt, and judgment—that quietly run the show. And it builds the muscle to shift toward your inner Sage: the part of you that leads with clarity, creativity, empathy, and calm confidence.

This isn't just a theory. It's science-based daily practice that rewires how you respond to stress, conflict, and decision-making. Leaders who complete the program report reduced stress, sharper focus, stronger relationships, and a fundamentally different relationship with their own inner critic.

is PQ right for you?

PQ is for anyone ready to invest in how they think, not just what they do. It's especially powerful for:

  • People carrying stress, self-doubt, or perfectionism

  • Teams navigating conflict, change, or low morale

  • High achievers who know their inner critic is running the show

  • Anyone who has tried mindfulness but couldn't make it stick

  • People in transition who want to show up differently in their next chapter

how the program works

Person flipping through a fabric sample book on a wooden table, with various textured material samples and small ceramic dishes nearby.
The class has been eye opening in the sense of openness the instructor brings to the class reunions and her encouragement. The material itself allows one to detach from the idea that one’s integral self is fixed as one of the ‘saboteurs.’ This gentle detachment of catching one’s saboteur behavior in a non-punitive manner allows oneself to alter old rigid beliefs and behaviors.

Joining the PQ program has been transformative for me. I always wanted to be the ‘type of person’ that made time in the day for meditation and mindfulness. For years I couldn’t do it. But now, I’ve been doing it EVERY DAY for 4 weeks. The app is helpful for keeping me on track and we also have an accountability group each week, which is a major game changer. I am halfway through the program and I can already tell that it will have a lasting improvement on my stress levels and daily mood.

three ways to experience PQ

7-Week Cohort: Join a small group of up to 7 participants. Videos release on Fridays, with weekly 30-45 minute group check-ins. This is the most popular format—the peer accountability is a game changer.

PQ for Your Team: A customized PQ program designed for your organization or leadership team. Same powerful content, tailored to your team's dynamics and goals.

1:1 PQ Coaching: The full PQ program with individualized coaching support. Ideal if you want deeper, private exploration of your saboteurs and Sage powers.

investment

$1,000 per participant (includes three 1:1 coaching sessions)

I offer significant scholarships to nonprofit leaders and community changemakers to make this accessible. For current consulting or coaching clients, PQ is a complimentary add-on.

I'm so confident in this program that if you complete the full seven weeks and aren't satisfied with the results, I'll fully refund your investment.

frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Feel free to send me an email to learn more.

  • No. Many participants have tried meditation before and couldn't make it stick. PQ is different — it's structured, app-guided, and built around micro-practices that fit into your existing routine. The accountability cohort helps too.

  • About 15 minutes of daily app-guided practice, plus watching the weekly video (released Fridays) and attending a 30-45 minute group check-in once a week. It's designed to fit into a busy leader's schedule.

  • No. PQ is a mental fitness program, not therapy. If you have a history of trauma, some exercises may surface strong emotions, and I'll always flag those in advance so you can take care of yourself. I encourage anyone currently working with a therapist to continue that support alongside this program.

  • I run cohorts several times a year. Reach out to get on the list for the next one, or let me know if you'd like to explore a team or 1:1 option.

  • Absolutely — and many clients do. PQ strengthens the inner foundation that makes coaching and consulting work land more deeply.
